Located at 2142 N Federal Hwy, Boca Raton, FL 33431, 5th Avenue Dental operates as a dentist serving Boca Raton in Florida. Dental care in the United States is delivered mostly by private practices: a general or family dentist who handles exams, cleanings, fillings and crowns, and refers out anything that needs a specialist. Group practices and dental clinics put several dentists, hygienists and sometimes specialists under one roof, often with evening and Saturday hours. Most offices ask new patients for a comprehensive exam with X-rays before routine cleanings, which the American Dental Association recommends every six months. Prices are set by each practice, and most accept dental insurance (PPO plans more widely than HMO ones), CareCredit-style financing or an in-house membership plan for people without coverage. Emergency dental services take same-day patients for toothaches, broken teeth and abscesses, usually at a premium.

Hours are published for 5 days a week. On most of those days it is open 8 am–5:30 pm. Note that it does not open on Saturday, Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach 5th Avenue Dental at (561) 769-2753; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. More information is available on its website, 5thavenue.dental.

Boca Raton is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Boca Raton follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Dr Maceda has been a very honest, knowledgeable, and professional doctor. The clinic is well clean and the staff are friendly and supportive. Special thanks towards to Ross, that works on the front desk, he is very friendly, caring, and helpful person.

Horrible! So disappointed! They kept pushing me to get crowns, but I was still experiencing pain in my tooth even after the crown was placed. I told them about the pain multiple times, but nothing was done. Two years later, the pain got much worse, so I went back to have it checked. They told me it was a root canal infection. I believe the infection had likely been there for a long timeβ€”possibly since the crown was placed. Now I have to undergo root canal treatment to fix it.

I’ve had such great experiences here! I need a decent amount of work done and I’ve booked all of my appointments with them. Dr Maceda is wonderful, and Ross, Shirley, and Destiny are always so helpful!! I couldn’t recommend 5th Avenue Dental more

I don’t ever leave negative reviews . But need to let others know about this. I went in for a tooth removal consultation. The doctors implied I needed $4800 in procedures for a simple extraction. Claimed I needed bone grafts, sinus drained because of infection, pull my wisdom tooth even though I said I did not want it. Sedation ect. Said I would lose my other two teeth which are perfectly healthy… They did not give me any option. They did not even discuss letting my body having time to heal instead of adding all of these additional operations, They backed me into a corner pretty much saying I have to do all of this or bad things can happen. Naturally me caring for my health I paid the deposit. After I left , I Then consulted with my family dentist back home after and was told everything they said was not required nor even visible to discuss that from the Xray. Consulted with a couple other dentist in the area. Same thing. The CT / X-Ray scans they wanted to charge me $800+ for and every other clinic is $200-$300. After taking antibiotics I was able to get this tooth pulled for $215. That is an INSANE difference. $215 vs $4100. Ps their discount for me was $3100.
